ABOUT JPA CONSULTING LLC
JPA Consulting LLC (formerly doing business as aspire Facilitation Services) has been involved in public engagement, facilitation, event planning, and conflict resolution for over six years. Developed to address the continuing need for complex engagement planning and implementation, the program primarily concentrated on the rural counties of Gila and Pinal Counties. As the need for quality engagement services grew, so did the company’s reach. Projects in rural counties, the Phoenix metropolitan area, across the state have been taken on during its time doing business. Today, JPA Consulting does business primarily in Arizona but can reach out across the country to provide professional, high-quality community and public outreach services.
JPA Consulting is owned by J. Peter Armenta and Amy Mendez Armenta. Peter is the primary planning in the firm and has over ten years’ experience in public outreach, strategic planning, group facilitation, event planning, forum moderation, non-profit and government operations, and conflict resolution. Amy has over six years’ experience in private sector business planning, business and medical operations, event planning, and fiscal management.
During the course of JPA Consulting’s operation, various projects have been successfully completed. Among the company’s successes include:
